EOMMA COMOCEUTICAL AG was founded in spring 1988 and dedicates its work to research, development and production of skin care products, the EOMMA LDS Professional Series. The company is located at Wollerau close to Zurich, in the middle of the economic centre of Switzerland.
The EOMMA LDS Professional Series was developed in close cooperation with research departments of universities, clinics and specialists. We constantly test and optimize our products through scientific studies that are carried out by independent institutions. Our products are manufactured in our own production plant through skilled workers providing high quality manual labor, supported by modern production systems. We guarantee quality by extensive quality controls in every step of production.

Our company as well as our products are standardized and certified following ISO 9001 and EN 13485.

Alongside a strong Innovation team, EOMMA's Marketing structure, completely redesigned in 2006, can count on its central corporate strategic marketing unit. Its mission is to promote laboratory innovation, "listen" to the market to detect trends and collaborate with the laboratories in order to create formulas that meet the expressed and latent needs of the markets.
Asia has a huge growth potential in skin care, especially due to the emerging markets and China. EOMMA can count on two teams focused on serving Asian customers : one based in Kuala Lumpur and a second based near Sydney in Australia. The "made in Switzerland" claim is considered a strong asset in this market, and EOMMA will continue to develop advanced technologies, formulas and raw materials that will drive the growth here.
The European market is served by a central team based in London, with offices also in Spain and Italy. In 2010 EOMMA will increase its offer of products with the best competitive prices for the mass segment, distinguished by high quality, innovative textures, and defined by a strong manufacturing reactivity due to the filling and assembling performed in the Switzerland plants. The team in USA will continue to be the "intelligent antenna" of the company, dealing with the most sophisticated market for skin care.

Today, thanks to its marketing structure, EOMMA includes clients from all market segments (38% in prestige, 40% in mass, 22% in direct specialised stores), spread across several geographical areas (15% in Asia, 20% in USA, 65% in Europe).

Today EOMMA can count on two teams of researchers; one based in USA and the other in Switzerland (Applied Research lab), encompassing more than 65 people dedicated to Innovation.
More than 200 entirely new formulations are developed each year, contributing to a portfolio of over a thousand formulas. Each year more than 1000 projects are followed.
For the past years EOMMA has been able to anticipate all the emerging trends in the skin care market by:
  • Focusing on anti age products and actives;
  • Investing significantly in the natural and organic market by means of the ECOCERT certification. Today EOMMA is able to provide the best formulas displaying the Organic-Ecocert label;
  • Being able to respond to the needs of a market moving towards the prestige sector and the need to perform;
  • Being capable of segmenting its offer by targeting new niches of consumers.
